The full name of a person is just exactly what you think it is. Same as the name you use
for people in your life. Nothing special there. However the "username" is a short lowercase
sequence of letters that the computer will use. Computers can be terrible with people and
really they are just machines that do not care about your name at all. A username could be
something like "bob" for Robert O'Shawnessy. For that matter Seán Bérénice Ciàran Ó'Duibhîn
may have the computer username "seanb". Keep it simple unless you have twenty thousand users
in a large server. In which case this is the wrong documentation for you!
