On the left side of this "Virtual Machine Settings" dialog window you will see something
magical called "VMware Tools". These are software drivers and other things that make a
VMware Virtual machine run smoothly. You do not really need them but to be honest it is
a very good idea to install them. Later. Not now. Select "Update manually" and we shall
deal with them later.
