Again this number will depend on how much actual real memory you have in
your physical hardware. Also you need to determine how much memory can be
thrashed around by other applications you run. This is all entirely up to
you and simply be reasonable. A large machine with 64G or more of memory
can certainly sustain 50% assigned to a virtual machine.
